With tightening restrictions on U.S. immigration law, there is a growing interest in learning about immigration options under Canadian law. Join us for an exciting and informational overview of Canadian immigration and refugee law featuring three experts in the field. Topics include:

  • Employment-based immigration, including Labor Market Impact Assessments (LMIA’s) and their exceptions, options under various treaties, and the interplay between temporary and permanent residency
  • Canada’s Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), a point-based system that provides immigration options without sponsorship
